At BALMUDA, we stand behind the design and performance of our products; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a processing fee waiver.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the authorization process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the product in its original BALMUDA box, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
